Saab Enthusiasts turns spotlight on government

TTELA (original article here): Saab Enthusiasts does their part to press the government to approve the Antonov that Saab owners.
While Saab is still waiting for the Bank to loan installments Saab / Spyker was cleared for early in 2010, equivalent to SEK 260 million, so the enthusiast side Saabsunited.com has highlighted another issue relatedto the European Investment Bank. It invites readers have to sign a petition which they intend to communicate to the Government and Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt (M), which argues that it is time the government for its part, approves Vladimir Antonov as the owner of Saab’s parent company after the National Debt Office have done exactly that - for 23 days ago. Government has previously said that one should await the Bank sees it. The petition is still being written as text in Swedish, Norwegian, English and French

Is that the EIB money that was part of the original loan? I thought that was for R & D on green engines or something. I sounded like the loans are limited to what they can be used for and Saab has to be careful since they must examine any expenses with a microscope.

You’re right, the money is for green R&D only. But The EIB has to approve major ownership changes. That’s the point here.
