EVENT SCHEDULE TROLLHÄTTAN (CONFIRMED)
FRIDAY September 30th – TROLLHÄTTAN
Convoys to Trollhättan:
18:30 – Gathering at the SAAB CAR Museum with transport to various hotels.
19:00 – Welcome mingle starts at hotel SWANIA, everybody is welcome!
22:00 – Good night, see you all tomorrow
SATURDAY October 1st – TROLLHÄTTAN

During the whole day there will be food and drink available for purchase at the ANA so nobody will need to be hungry! =)
SATURDAY EVENING DINNER

The price of the ticket is 370 SEK (about €40). You can order or ticket by sending an e-mail to dinner@saabsunited.se, you’ll get a reservation confirmation and you may pay the ticket upon arrival at the restaurant or during the day at ANA. Please print it and bring it with you! The tickets are sold on a first come first served basis!
The dinner event looks like this!
18:00: Welcome drink with snacks
19:00 Buffé open
20:00 Jörgen Trued, Till Drescher & Dan DeVlieger from SaabsUnited takes us on a 3,5 hour journey through Saabs History together important guests who have been significant to Saab throughout the years.
Cold dishes:
- Dill & west base cheese baked salmon
- Gubbröra – herring salad with potatoes, eggs, onions, dill and mustard
- Salad with baked peppers, aubergines and courgettes
- Romana salad with red onion and grated Parmesan cheese
- chanterelle pie
Hot dishes:
- Slow baked veal high rev (very fine meat)
- Potatoes and root vegetable
- Herb and red wine sauce
Others:
- Different bread from our bakery with fresh cheese and butter
- Stored priest cheese from Falkenberg
- One glass of wine or one bottle of beer included (more can be bought on-location)
- Coffee and cake

The Swania was a most pleasant experience for me during the 60th Anniversary in 2007 and It was my favourite restaurant during my entire visit. I was eating outdoors when a large ship sailed by on the canal.
I wish I was there and I know you will all enjoy yourselves.
