Out of action
October 25, 2011 in Uncategorized
Just to let everyone know, I will be out of action for a few days.
I’ve had a high fever ranging from 38,5 – 41 degrees with a strong caugh and sever pain in my throat for 9 days now.
I was grounded from both flying and driving since last tuesday after a visit to the doctor. I ended up with morphine based medications for my throat.
Well this evening my fever jumped so my parents brought me to the emergency room and here I am. Being injected with strong anti-biotics, oxygen and all kinds of nasty stuff, I might have to spend a few nights in the hospital…
Tomorrow I’m going to get a chest x-ray and more tests. So its safe to say that I’ll be out of action for a few days and I’m leaving SU and Saab in the capable hands of my friends in the crew…

You are not alone Tim. I am on day 8 with the same symptoms but it seems that the latest anti-biotics I got yesterday works for me so I hope you will find a solution to. (There is a lot of Mykoplasmapneumoni in the Växjö area for the moment and a number of my friends has been treated for this)
So, get well Tim.
