SAAB Of The Week

This weeks winner of the Saab Of The Week comes from Seattle, Washington and is a beautiful 1987 900 Turbo 16V 3 door. Owner John Koch also tells us that it is totally stock with 228,000 miles. Unbelievably clean looking piece of art, thanks for sharing John. As always, keep your photos coming in to [email protected].

The C900 is my favorite Saab design. For almost 20 years I drove an ’86 C900 base model 4-door w/ 5-speed manual tranny. The 8-valve engine, though not very gutsy, was extremely reliable. Since then I’ve owned an ’99 9-5SC, an ’09 9-3SC and currently an ’11 9-5 T4 Premium.

I’d love to see more photos of this car – especially inside, it’s such a beautiful combination of colors … AWESOME !

Very impressed! Looks like my ’92, except mine’s is Talladega red and is a base 900 hatchback. All I could afford at the time.
Most impressive. You have to give him credit for ‘keeping it up’, all these years.

That’s a beautiful car!
Great job John. Keep em rolling!

It’s bout 10 years ago that we let our 1991 900S go and it still hurts. Transmission was shot, would have cost a couple grand to repair, so ……. bye. I can still kick myself.
