I’ve worked in international marketing/advertising/PR for 20 years. I’ll stick by my earlier comment. I think Angelo has answered his own query in his third comment. NEVS is not yet at the point to make […]

Agree. Saab ‘cried wolf’ too many times in the past. When they next speak it should be with confidence and authority that what they are communicating will actually come to fruition.

I’ve lived all over the world and Singapore, bar none, has the finest public transportation system. Modern, clean, efficient, cheap. The other thing to remember is that Singapore is *tiny*. You get up to speed […]

I lived in Singapore for 5 years and yes the price of car ownership is eye-wateringly high. As a single guy with easy access to the world-class subway system, I did not own a car, but some of my friends did. You […]

Certainly better than the ‘in the flesh’ photos we saw earlier. Is it clearly recognizable as a Saab? In my opinion, no. Would it have been the car they would have saved Saab? Again, no. Does it look like a […]

Agree. Ford never took the bail-out money, but instead used private sector money so shore up its finances. Not fair to paint them with the GM/Chrysler brush.

That’s a little over the top – the US is a far more open market than most around the world. Certainly more so than both China and Korea, which are heavily protected, especially with respect to the automotive industry.
