There is most definitely news today. The news is that there are now contracts with all the necessary suppliers to start the 9-3 production.
I don’t think that is what Aslak meant, but when I read “the old 9-3″ I think of the 1998-2002 GM2900-based 9-3 hatchback.
The rumours that NEVS have already sold a relatively large number of cars to the city of Qingdao seems quite likely, I think.
Yes, NEVS will probably want to handle purchasing of parts by themselves, but I would be very surprised if they wouldn’t contract Orio for the physical distribution and logistics.
