I might agree with you Red J but want to add that IF the letter of intent was signed months ago we now could perhaps have a definitive answer for which we now still need to wait till end of December.

NEVS has written a letter to all creditors and asked too agree to the payment of 50% of the outstanding debt. Reason being that the negotiations with two OEM partners is taking longer then November 29th, day they have to present their plan to the court. My 9-5 NG is nearly at 161.000 KM or 100.000 miles and I still enjoy that car as I enjoy reading fine articles here on SU.
