Not really. It is funded by government and have large losses every year. Sales are good though because taxes for imported cars are high.

That looks suspiciously alike last 9-3 hatchback if you continue rear window down until spoiler.
I see no problem there at all. SAAB can put a nice turbo into this engine and extract some good horsepower. History repeats.
