Makes no difference to me Tim. I just recall that it was being talked about before it was placed in the museum. It’s an honor as a Saab enthusiast to be a little part in this company’s great history. Happy Saabing!

Is there a list of the contributors posted with DJA 880, the ones who made contributions to purchase it for the museum?

I love the fact that there is a company that still hangs with us NG 9-5 owners. Mine has the parchment interior and this particular look would not be a good match for it. If they come up with something that does, I’m in!

CoolCombi commented on the post, How much would you pay for a new 9-3? 1 month ago

I am not in the market for a new 9-3 since my purchase a year ago of an ’11 NG 9-5 T4 Premium but if I were, under $30K USD would be where I believe NEVS should start for a nicely equipped base model. SAAB needs […]

It will be interesting to see which version of the 9-3 goes to production. Also, will the US dealer network, or what’s left of them, support it. I wish NEVS well in their efforts to bring Saab back.

My first new Saab was an ’86 base 900C 4-door w/ 5-speed manual tranny. A beast at 110 hp, 8-valve engine! Had no get up and go going uphill with the A/C on but without a doubt the most reliabe Saab I ever […]

Many of us NG 9-5 owners w/ HUD need an inventory of windshields. Apparently there are none available in the USA at all. If theyt crack or shatter, we’re screwed!

No matter who owns Saab Parts, can you please make sure someone produces windshields for the NG 9-5! If mine cracks / breaks, I can’t drive my car until someone does produce them.

One day I’ll visit Trollhattan and say hello to this beauty! I was honored to help make this happen. Long live SAAB!

The C900 is my favorite Saab design. For almost 20 years I drove an ’86 C900 base model 4-door w/ 5-speed manual tranny. The 8-valve engine, though not very gutsy, was extremely reliable. Since then I’ve owned […]

I’d purchase a #3 unit in advance of needing one if that means anything. So far so good. No cracks or chips yet! Love my HUD!

My favorite quote of the night (and I’m paraphrasing here): 250 people attending and event for a brand that doesn’t exist. Other car manufacturers would kill to have a following like this.

It’s amazing that the whole front end of the car is in two pieces: a massive hood that curls over on top of the fenders and a huge, integrated bumper/fender module. I’d have to see it in the flesh to make final […]

I’ve had the pleasure of talking to Tim at a few Saab events here in North America. What a great ambassador for the Saab brand. I hope there will be a place for him as the new Saab gets off the ground.

Looks a little Hyundai Veloster-ish. If the price point is right, it will sell to a whole new group of future Saab enthusiasts!
