I’ve just done 400kms in a Toyota Aurion.
What an absolute ham sandwich of a car. Totally uninspiring but it got the job done.
Tonight I’m going to try and catch up with Eric Geers, which will be my third phone call with Saab people in Sweden this week. This time, I’m preparing a list of things I’d like to be able to print here so I can run it past him.
Saab have been very kind in providing updates as to what’s happening but their kindness comes with a hitch: these negotiations are very sensitive so talking in detail about them’s a no-no.
Things are definitely moving along, though, and there’s a great sense of excitement in the people I’ve been talking to.
The 2010 Saab 9-5 was caught en-route to the Nurburgring in Germany, the session where all those recent spyshots emerged from.
There’s nothing new to see here, of course, but it is nice to see it in motion.
Kudos to the Saab owner with the phonecamera for picking this one up.
