Given that I’m quite new to owning a convertible and totally unfamiliar with the Saab 9-3 convertible ownership experience, I thought I’d pass this query from David W on to wiser minds.
Swade,
I have a question regarding my 2007 9-3 Convertible. I recently purchased new tires for it, replacing my Continentals with Yokahamas. They improved the ride and handling, but have cause more cowl shake in the process. My question is, would a strut brace help correct this or should I be looking for something else and where could I find it to purchase? I have tried several times to locate a strut brace on-line, but have not found any for my 9-3. I know convertibles will shake more than a non-convertible, but this seems excessive to me.
Thanks for your help,
David
