We’ve met Emanuele from Italy once before.
He’s the guy with so many Saabs he needs to remove his shoes and socks (and then start using his wife’s fingers) to count them all!! He is, by his own admission – Saab Krazy.
I’ve got some great history on one of Emanuele’s cars coming up, but before I get to that, I wanted to show you through the car he’s most recently finished restoring – a magnificent looking 1993 Saab 900 Convertible.
Emanuele and his wife (who drives a superb 9000 Carlsson) took their young son to Holland this year for the IntSaab meeting, so maybe a few of you Euro types met them there?
The exterior was recently repainted on this car and the interior was restored as well. The engine and gearbox are original and have now racked up just over 250,000 kms.
Two adults plus child……..
….plus all their gear for an international driving holiday? In a convertible??
No problem.
And Mrs Emanuele’s 9000 Carlsson – still one of my all-time favourites. I wonder if Emanuale and his wife would like to adopt a fully grown 39 year old male as a big brother to their son??????
More to come later from Emanuele’s Immaculate Collection
