Euro Saabers – beware of a Viggen scam

I got an email last night from Jacco, who showed me this ad from France, advertising a Viggen convertible for sale in what looks to be far from a typical French setting.
The seller is asking for 5000 Euros and is awaiting written offers via email.
This is a scam. The advertiser does not own the car and is just trying to take someone’s money.
The car actually belongs to a friend here in Australia – Brendan B – and I confirmed with Brendan overnight that the car is now repaired and driving around in Sydney as we speak.
So if you’re in Europe and you’ve seen this ad, don’t be tempted to contact the seller and if you’ve contacted him/her already, then break off that contact straight away before they start asking you to direct deposit some money into their bank account.
