Inspired by one of our regular visitors, Greg Abbott, I’ve started participating in a physical training thingy called Bootcamp Tasmania. The second session was tonight and I’m only able to type this because we didn’t do finger exercises :-). Every other part of my body is in considerable pain.
I wouldn’t normally write about this, but it’s the reason why my evening posts are later than usual and probably will be for a few nights a week, at least, for the foreseeable future.
