OK, so my comments section has made posts redundant today, but for those of you who haven’t visited comments yet, here are the Swedish sales/delivery numbers for October 2010.

- Saab October 2010: 887 (up 51% on October 2009: 588).
- Saab Jan-Oct 2010: 6425 (up 6% on Jan-Oct 2009: 6037).
- Saab 9-3 October 2010: 663 (up 70.43% on October 2009: 389).
- Saab 9-3 Jan-Oct 2010: 4543 (up 18.58% on Jan-Oct 2009: 3831).
- Saab 9-5 October 2010: 224 (up 13% on October 2009: 199).
- Saab 9-5 Jan-Oct 2010: 1882 (down 15% on Jan-Oct 2009: 2206).
Other numbers:
Of the 9-3-model (663 in total), 246 diesels, 379 E85 BioPower, and 48 were TTiD EcoPower (the new diesel version). For the 9-5 (224 in total): 118 were BioPower.

The new Saab 9-5 is only slowly gaining traction there in Sweden. It’s a biggish car for the market there, and in sedan-only guise, it’s going to take a while. That wagon can’t come soon enough.
It’s still another month in very positive territory, but it would have been nice to grown further from September’s figures.
