French Dealer Tour

Swade has already said at Inside Saab that the dealer tour in Germany was very successful, and therefore other countries were also planing to make something similar.

Well Austria was the first one, and the Austrian Tour is currently on-going. Tomorrow the cars will be in Vienna.

And France is the next one announcing a Dealer Tour with the 9-4x and the 9-5SC.

The tour will consist of two teams. One team will start on Sunday the 12th of November at the dealership in Melun, south-east of Paris, from there they will move north to Lille, and from Lille slowly going southwards on the eastern side of France till the Pyrenees, where they will visit the dealership in the small Principality of Andorra, moving then to Toulouse.

The second team will start on Monday the 13th of November in Meaux, on the north-east of Paris. Then moving to the west to Brittany. After that the team will go back to Paris, and after that they will go to La Rochelle, and then go southwards till Bayonne.

The tour will last till the 22nd of November with stops in Agen, Toulouse and Bayonne.

    • It just means, that more people than expected, and not only Saab owners, were interested to see the future of Saab.

To expect that some of them would order a new Saab is a little bit naive, sorry.

    • mpprh,
the Alps are the ones on the frontier to Switzerland and Italy, the Pyrenees are the ones at the border to Spain.
As Andorra is just between Spain and France, it will be difficult to be in Andorra and at the Alps at the same time. 😎

  1. Red J :

It will be difficult to find the Pyrenees by heading Ea

Read the above “One team will start on Sunday the 12th of November at the dealership in Melun, south-east of Paris, from there they will move north to Lille, and from Lille slowly going southwards on the eastern side of France till the Pyrenees, where they will visit the dealership in the small Principality of Andorra, moving then to Toulouse.”

The Alps are in the East, the Pyrenees in the West. If you trace the actual dealerships, they will head SW to find the Pyrenees after the initiial Southern route..

My point is that It will be difficult to find the Pyrenees by heading East ?

    The above says

Just one question – Why do they not stop at my local dealership in Montpellier ?
