Hirsch Performance News

As Saab restarted production Hirsch Performance also restarted production of a selection of parts for the 9-3 that will fit the 2014 model as well as some from earlier model years. The parts are available through the Saab dealer network.
As I got to know just recently this is just a first step and we will see more activity from St Gallen in the future.

The roof spoiler for the 9-3 SportCombi has always been very popular. A small number is already available. It fits all model years.

With the leather interior interior kit containing door handles, handbrake handle and smart slot cover another highly popular product will be available again in the first quarter of 2014.

Q2/2014 will see the return of the fantastic Hirsch Performance steering wheel. Fits all 9-3 from MY 2006.

The rear spoiler for the 9-3 Sedan (from MY 2008) will now be available either in Diamond Silver Metallic or Jet Black Metallic just like the 2014 model. If you have a car in another color you have to get it re-painted.

With the 19″ rim one of my absolute favorites from the Hirsch portfolio is also due for a comeback. We did not get any fixed date for the availability but we will keep you updated.

The discount scheme for the performance upgrades will also include another year from 2014 on. A 30% discount applies to cars from MY 2009 and 2010 and a 50% discount for cars from model year 2008 and older. Well worth a thought I’d say.

On a side note I can promise you that very soon there will also be some nice surprise for owners of old 9-5 and 9-3 owners. More soon, stay tuned.

  1. Great news indeed! I was just getting started in adding some goodies to my 2009 9-3 Aero when it all came to an end. The leather handle kit is the first on my list, then an exhaust upgrade if I can get it, and finally, those 19 inch wheels!

  2. OFF TOPIC. Apologies for going off topic here but I just want to wish Michael Shumacher every wish from the Saab community for a recovery from his life threatening injuries.

  3. All the best wishes to Michael Shumacher and family. I hope on a fast recovery for him. Thank’s to Martin T16s. I also hope on a good new year for everyone. Thank’s to the SU staff for all the great work you put out 2013. And, very important, thank’s a lot to NEVS for giving Saab new life with the production start on top of the work.
